The Q Series Program Office is seeking a motivated, highly effective and ambitious person to join a group of experienced, professionals. In this role, the successful candidate will take responsibility for a wide range of projects and tasks that will be challenging and rewarding. This position reports to the Manager, Q Series Program Office and is located at the Toronto site. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Reporting to the Manager in the Q400 Program Office your role will include:

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive product and business process change and guide the organization to achieve improved profitability and increased market share.
- Set strategy for Product Change/Development; oversee the entire process from problem definition through to implementation of the solution; including development of business plans to ensure effective decision-making that support the program orientation.
- Lead multi-function teams; be effective in communicating priorities and requirements, and resolve conflicts to facilitate successful project implementation.
- Interface directly with airline customers and program partners as a Program Office focal.
- Interact with other functional units to identify strategies for sales campaigns and support the negotiation process.
- Maintain measures and metrics important to managing our business and implement corrective action as necessary to achieve project deliverables.
- Participate in high-level meetings, lead discussion with management, customers and program partners.
- Lead special assignments, the Achieving Excellence program, and other unique projects.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a university degree or similar designation and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- You have the ability to work as part of a team or individually, efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic, possess excellent written and verbal communications and human relations skills.
- You can demonstrate experience in taking leadership roles, the ability to work co-operatively across functional departments and be a self-starter with the ability to analyze situations and make appropriate decisions.
- You have working knowledge in finance, must have good computing skills and be proficient in MS Office.
- You are self-confident and ready to contribute to the ongoing improvements in our business.
