We’re on the lookout for a driven, fashion-obsessed Senior Assistant Store Manager to join the Glue crew at our Central Park. Glue Store is the original curator of global streetwear and youth fashion.
About the Role:
As the Senior Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an unbeatable in-store experience. You’ll drive sales, coach your crew, and help bring the Glue Store vibe to life every day.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A love for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture
- A proven ability to lead, coach and inspire a team
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail with great visual merchandising instincts
- Experience supporting store operations, reporting, and performance KPIs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop your team
- Drive sales and help the store achieve KPIs and targets
- Assist with daily operations — including rostering, stock and reporting
- Maintain high visual standards that reflect Glue Store’s premium feel
- Help create a positive, inclusive and high-energy work culture
- Step up and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
- Champion best practices in loss prevention and compliance
