Overview

We are hiring for an experienced sales person to join our team in Jandakot WA. You’ll work closely at exploring ways to grow business as well as nurture existing clients. You’ll be working with a diverse range of customers from cafes through to builders and everything in between. Every single commercial and industrial business produces waste and you’ll have the autonomy and scope to drive growth with no handbrake on. In this role you will gain ongoing sales training and support, as well as have access to our transparent and achievable commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll work on growing new business and nurturing existing accounts, with a focus on a diverse range of customers from cafes to builders.
  • You’ll drive growth with autonomy and have access to ongoing sales training and support, plus a transparent commission structure.
  • Maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system and use available resources to support success.
  • Deliver effective presentations and engage customers with a consultative approach using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

  • You’ll bring experience of business-to-business sales and can share your track record of results in winning new business and/or retaining existing accounts.
  • Proven experience in growing new business within a dedicated region as well as retaining existing clients.
  • To deeply understand how to best help our customers, you listen more than you speak.
  • You communicate well, and your written and verbal style when interacting with customers is friendly and consultative.
  • You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, using our systems to support your success.
  • You’re a skilled presenter with the necessary skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Experience in the waste arena is a plus, but drive, motivation and resilience in a high-growth, dynamic environment are most important.
