Territory Sales Executive

The Missoulian, including Amplified Ad Agency, have an immediate opening in our advertising department for a Territory Sales Executive. This person will be responsible for selling our vast digital product lineup including missoulian.com in addition to the Missoulian and other niche publications. The position will report to our Advertising Manager and is an integral part of our sales department.

This full-time position will work to provide key sales support and must provide excellent service to customers and team members before, during and after a purchase. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Observing performance of customer accounts, forecasting revenue, suggesting products, working with our sales team to build revenue, building relationships with advertisers, helping with training sessions, proof reading and emailing ad proofs, capturing and completing contracts, ticketing ads, digital ad sales, data entry, generating proposals and ideas for prospective clients plus other duties and task.

Familiarity with an office environment gained through 2 plus years of sales experience, advertising and marketing sales experience is preferred. Prior sales experience within digital media is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess solid customer service skills, excellent telephone etiquette, strong PC/MS Office Suite skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You need strong oral/written communication, sales aptitude, impeccable organization and attention to detail.
