Job Summary

Satisfactorily handle incoming customer phone calls, specifically related to budget billing. Input customer information into an online web form. Follow up with customers as needed. Thoroughly document customer accounts.

  • Handle incoming and outbound customer phone calls related to budget billing.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to budget billing (sorting, mailing of customer letters).
  • Perform other duties as requested.
