Join Savills Australia as an Assistant Valuer in Sydney, supporting valuation and property consultancy services within a leading global property firm.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Valuations & Advisory Division in providing various valuation and property consultancy services
- Undertaking valuations for acquisition, asset reporting, and mortgage purposes
- Maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database
- Assisting in the preparation of research marketing material
- Meeting valuation and project deadlines to ensure high service standards
- Maintaining an understanding of local and national markets
- Supporting other staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for divisional success
- Completing and submitting all assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner
About You
The company is looking for:
- Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar
- A keen interest in property and eagerness to learn
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- High-level skills in Microsoft software packages
- Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
- Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and a good problem solver
