Job Title: Social Worker – Child Protection and Children In Need – KnowsleyLocation: KnowsleyPay Rate: £41,511 – £42,708 per annum.Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker to join the Child Protection and Child in Need Team at Knowsley. This opportunity is offered in partnership with our Knowsley client, where Liquid Personnel is supporting the recruitment of a dedicated professional to contribute to their vital child protection services.Responsibilities :In this role, you will support individuals and families to improve their well-being and safety by assessing needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services. As a Child Protection/Child in Need Social Worker, you will also be responsible for managing cases from initial referral through to the first court hearing and potential removal via an Interim Care Order (ICO). After this stage, cases are transferred to the Looked After Children’s Team.
