We’re looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance and data analytics work. This is an 8-week contract ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments and can bridge the gap between business, data, and compliance & audit requirements.

Job Role: Technical Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Start Date: Immediate
We’re looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance and data analytics work. This is an 8-week contract ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments and can bridge the gap between business, data, and compliance & audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and validate large volumes of insurance data for compliance and audit purposes.
• Work closely with compliance and audit teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights based on the hypothesis.
• Document findings, highlight anomalies, and support risk assessments through structured analysis.
• Assist in preparing data-driven reports and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and integrity.
  

Requirements

• 3+ Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Strong exposure data analysis.
• Solid understanding of insurance data structures, including claims and policy systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python and data validation techniques.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
