About the Project

Located in the heart of Mornington, this $7M mixed-use development includes:

  • 3 levels total, no basement and premium finishes throughout

This is a hands-on delivery role with a direct line to senior management and directors. Perfect for a Contract Administrator ready to step up or a Junior Project Manager ready to lead.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and deliver projects up to $10M in value
  • Lead project delivery teams including Site Managers and CA's
  • Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost control
  • Oversee contracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Ensure OHS compliance and attend regular site meetings
  • Manage project completion, defects, and DLP

Desired Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management (or equivalent)
  • Experience delivering commercial or residential builds up to $10M
  • Proven background as a high-performing CA or Junior PM
  • Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and cost tracking software (e.g., CHEOPS)
  • Driven, energetic, and takes full ownership of project outcomes
