This role combines regulatory oversight with process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading the identification, interpretation, and implementation of compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.Guiding internal teams on compliance matters and delivering effective training and communication.Managing and reporting on Life Support breaches and near misses and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are in place.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive automation and reduce manual processing within SAP and CRM systems.Designing and implementing a customer-focused Life Support service model.Maintaining and updating all Life Support content across digital and print channels.Engaging with external stakeholders, including councils, healthcare providers, and community groups.Supporting strategic initiatives and projects, including responding to market rule changes and supporting internal reporting and administration.About you:You are an experienced compliance professional who can balance regulatory requirements with a strong customer focus.
