SEO Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a passionate SEO Specialist to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you'll work directly with our Head of SEO, gaining mentorship while owning your own client portfolio and executing end-to-end strategies. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the runway to make a meaningful impact — both for our clients and your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage 2–3 small client accounts independently, delivering on tailored SEO strategies
• Execute day-to-day SEO tasks across technical, content, on-page, and local SEO
• Use tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio to contribute to strategy and reporting
• Communicate clearly with clients via calls, emails, and reports — you're their trusted advisor
• Stay on top of best practices, search algorithm updates, and industry shifts
• Assist in developing briefs for content writers and participate in content strategy planning
• Jump in to support team projects and contribute ideas with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred)
• Comfortable owning small client accounts and working independently
• Strong attention to detail, especially in technical implementation and reporting
• Proficient in auditing and diagnosing SEO issues across content, technical, and local
• Confident communicator — you can explain SEO to non-SEOs with ease
• Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
