Are you a creative digital marketer who thrives on variety and enjoys working closely with clients? Our Content and Creative Studio is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, content, and campaign delivery across a portfolio of shopping centres - working directly with our clients.
This is a hybrid role blending hands-on digital execution with account management. You'll be at the centre of shaping how retail destinations are marketed online - from social and content through to ads, email and web.
Here's a snapshot of your day;
- Content & Social Media - Plan and create engaging content across social platforms, websites, and email. Write and edit copy that reflects each centre's brand and resonates with local audiences.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution - Deliver integrated digital campaigns tailored to the needs of each shopping centre, combining creative content with paid media, email marketing and website updates.
- Client Management - Act as the key digital contact for internal stakeholders. Lead strategy sessions, manage timelines, and keep projects running smoothly.
- Performance & Paid Media - Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, report on digital performance, and continuously optimise based on results.
- Web & Email Management - Update websites, manage CMS changes, and coordinate the build and send of eDM campaigns.
- Project Coordination - Liaise with designers, property managers and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;
- A digital all-rounder with 3-5 years of experience (agency or client side)
- Excellent organisational skills - you're calm, confident, and know how to keep projects moving
- A creative thinker with strong writing skills and a passion for crafting engaging digital content and social media
- A great communicator and collaborator, with strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Strong grasp of platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, Wordpress (or similar CMS tools)
- Background in retail, lifestyle or property marketing is a bonus
