Are you a seasoned ECM Architect with a passion for secure, scalable content platforms? Want to shape the future of document and records management in one of Australia’s top-tier banks?

We’re hiring for a mid-level Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Platform Architect to join the CTO Office of a major financial institution in Sydney. You’ll lead architectural strategy across OpenText, FileNet, SharePoint, SmartComm and more — ensuring seamless integration, governance, and performance across enterprise systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect and evolve best-in-class ECM solutions for a large, regulated environment.
• Define standardised infrastructure, integration patterns, and platform governance.
• Work across tools like OpenText, FileNet, SharePoint, SmartComm, ERP, CRM, and Case Manager.
• Ensure compliance, security, and high system reliability.
• Influence stakeholders, guide developers, and evaluate new tech to future-proof the platform

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in tech roles, with 5+ years as an ECM Architect.
• Deep hands-on expertise across ECM platforms: OpenText, FileNet, SharePoint, SmartComm.
• Proven integration experience with large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, document governance, and compliance.
• Clear communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Banking experience = a big plus.

Not open to interstate or overseas candidates

We need someone Sydney-based who can hit the ground running.
