You will be joining a collegiate and high calibre legal team with a range of expertise. You will be handling a range of cutting edge work such as drafting, review and negotiation of high value, complex technology contracts (including Saas, Cloud, Outsourcing, Data), advising on risk and working with the business to ensure successful implementation. You will play a key role on critical projects and work closely with the GC and the exec team.The organisation is a dynamic, expanding listed company well known for innovation and sustainability. They have a diverse range of businesses and stakeholders which allow for a variety of interesting legal work. The legal team is well recognised for its quality and commerciality offering flexibility and career opportunities.Skills & experienceThe successful candidate will have circa 3 to 7 years pae in TMT. You will have gained experience in a major domestic or international law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment. You will be a team player and a strong communicator allowing you to build effective working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders.
