About the Role
- Technically proficient in traffic engineering and project delivery
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing their own projects
- Experienced in consultancy with a solid and stable work history
- Ready to mentor and support junior engineering staff in an office-based environment
- Familiar with Brisbane and the wider SE Queensland region
- RPEQ qualification is highly regarded (not essential)
- Experience with wind farm infrastructure projects is advantageous
- Work with a respected, legacy Queensland-based firm with long-standing client relationships
- Be part of a close-knit team that values technical excellence, mentorship, and professional development
