The Technical Implementation Consultant will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the case and matter management platform within legal organisations.

The Technical Implementation Consultant is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, configuring the platform, integrating it with other systems, and ensuring successful adoption by users. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving, and client communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Working with clients to understand their specific needs and designing appropriate solutions within the platform.
  • Configuring work types, forms, workflows, and document templates within the environment.
  • Integrating the platform with other systems like document management systems (DMS) and other relevant business applications.
  • Providing technical support to clients and training their teams on how to effectively use the platform.
  • Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for both internal and external users.
  • Contributing to the implementation lifecycle, from initial workshops to go-live and ongoing support.
  • Supporting sales efforts by demonstrating the capabilities of the platform and potentially creating prototypes.

About you:

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, database concepts, and experience with low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with legal workflows, processes, and terminology is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Experience managing the implementation of software solutions.
