We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Our client is a globally recognized organization known for innovation, quality, and environmental leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Construction Manager, you will:

• Coordinate with internal teams, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee project finances, including budget reviews and cost forecasting.
• Manage site staff, subcontractors, and trade suppliers to maintain productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement site logistics plans covering amenities, traffic management, cranage, hoisting, security, and waste management.
• Ensure subcontractor work aligns with scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with codes, specifications, and drawings.
• Maintain rigorous inspection and testing programs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support overall project management through method reviews and performance monitoring.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, changes, and subcontractor communications.
• Identify and resolve design and constructability issues in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Maintain documentation and site diaries per company procedures.
• Create detailed fortnightly production schedules and coordinate trades to optimize workflow.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
