BOSS Engineering is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Ag Parts Salesperson to join our on-site team in Inverell. Reporting to the Ag Parts Manager, this is a hands-on sales role focused on delivering exceptional spare parts service and solutions to our valued clients. A background in agriculture or machinery is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive parts sales through outstanding customer service and technical knowledge.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across the agricultural sector.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Ensure correct storage, tracking, and stock management of parts.
- Work positively under pressure to meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in agriculture or machinery-related industries.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver solutions-based customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain is desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and a keen attention to detail.
