The role involves assisting the Senior Property Manager in managing the University's Property Portfolio including revenue and expenditure leases, licenses, support the identification, evaluation, and sourcing of new leasing opportunities to align with strategic business objectives and growth plans and ensuring University managed retailers including vending and micro markets adhere to their performance obligations.Your key responsibilities will be to:manage the Lease Administration and contributes to the management of the University's Property PortfolioEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, including consumer protection, fair trading, tenancy/licensing obligations, retail leasing, and workplace health and safety standards.maintain the Property Management Systemprovide financial management support to the Senior Property Manager/ Director, Property & DevelopmentAbout youdemonstrated experience in commercial property management and lease/licence administrationstrong experience in management of retail food and beveragestrong working knowledge of the NSW retail leasing actplanning, analysis and communication skills together with the ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage numerous and varied demandsknowledge of property management systemsTo keep our community safe, please be aware of our COVID safety precautions which form our conditions of entry for all staff, students and visitors coming to campus.Work RightsYou must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
