Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads:
  • Source and qualify potential sellers and buyers through calls, door knocking, database work, and local area marketing.
  • Appraise and List Properties:
  • Conduct market appraisals and listing presentations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Negotiate Sales:
  • Manage offers, counteroffers, and negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sellers, buyers, and prospective clients.
  • Conduct Home Opens and Private Inspections:
  • Host regular home opens and private viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Market Properties Effectively:
  • Work with internal marketing support to execute property campaigns across online, social, print, and database channels.
  • Liaise with Settlement Agents and Conveyancers:
  • Ensure smooth progression of contracts from offer through to settlement.
  • CRM and Database Management:
  • Keep all client and listing information up-to-date in the CRM system and maintain detailed records of communications and follow-ups. We use VAULT.
  • Work Towards Sales Targets:
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and local developments in your core selling area.
