The successful candidate will join a collaborative, high energy marketing team and play a key role in shaping how customers engage with the brand - across email, SMS, app, and more. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to think big and make an impact.

Now I have whet your appetite – a bit about the role:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of CRM and lifecycle marketing across digital channels.
  • Manage CRM and CDP platforms (e.g. Microsoft Insights, Braze), ensuring data is clean, structured, and actionable.
  • Build effective segmentation strategies to drive personalised communications and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Creative, Product, Digital, and Operations—to deliver relevant, on-brand campaigns.
  • Develop and manage retention initiatives to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to iterate and optimise.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices.

Now, a bit about yourself. Will you cut the mustard?

  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement roles.
  • Experience with CDP platforms and managing customer data.
  • Strategic mindset with strong creative instincts and campaign execution skills.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in eCommerce, retail, or other high-volume consumer environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and personalisation tools.
  • You understand loyalty is about more than just a points system
