We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment and hiring processes. This role will play a key part in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as posting job openings, maintaining applicant records, and updating the applicant tracking
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates, gather required documents, and answer basic inquiries
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes and applications for junior roles to shortlist candidates based on defined criteria
- Liaise with external job platforms when needed
- Organize and support recruitment events such as career fairs, walk-in interviews, or campus hiring activities
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment documentation and onboarding coordination
- Generate recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics for internal tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, confidentiality standards, and employment regulations
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support or coordination role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Customer-focused approach when engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
