We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced NDIS Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen our quality, risk, and governance of the organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role that will ensure we maintain and exceed the highest standards of compliance, safety, and care. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, promote, and support a culture of robust risk management and governance across all areas of the organisation. Provide strategic direction and expert advice on governance and quality matters aligned with NDIS Practice Standards and other regulatory requirements. Accurately document communications in accordance with NDIS guidelines Oversee and maintain Bloomfield’s governance framework, ensuring its effective implementation and integration into daily operations. Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant legislation, NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, and other applicable guidelines. Drive continuous improvement through the development and review of organisational strategies, policies, and quality assurance frameworks. Implement, monitor, and refine systems for managing risk, service quality, incidents, feedback, and complaints. Prepare and present accurate, insightful reports to the Executive Team to support decision-making and operational performance. Facilitate partnerships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service quality and client outcomes. What we look for: A strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and use of My Place system. An extensive understanding of service provision and related systems for people with psycho-social and other disabilities. Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance. Superior level of communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strategic working relationships with all key stakeholders. Proven knowledge and experience in delivering a participant centered approach Understanding of the unique needs of people with disabilities, their caregivers, support services and their individual goals. Ability to navigate NDIS systems proactively ensuring participant needs are met. Strong team work ethic and promoting positive experiences in the work environment. Excellent time management skills. A passion for helping vulnerable members of our community. Other requirements: Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in health, quality management, disability services, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in quality, risk, or governance roles within the NDIS, disability, or human services sector. In-depth knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, legislative and regulatory frameworks, and best practice models of care. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, educate, and support staff across all levels. High-level analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to person-centred care. Adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct. Adhere to the organisational Policies and Procedure.
