As we scale rapidly, we’re seeking a strategic and operationally sharp leader to take the reins of our national supply chain, logistics and transport network.

This is a critical, high-impact leadership role reporting directly in the interim to the CEO, which is subject to a further executive appointment to be made.

About the Role

As the National Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport Manager, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain function across inbound freight, warehousing, inventory movement, distribution, retail stores and Click & Collect fulfilment, and national transport. This is a pivotal opportunity to reshape how we move product—fast, accurately, cost-effectively and in line with our intended environmental footprint —across a dynamic national omni-channel network.

You will:

• Develop and execute an integrated national supply chain strategy aligned to growth and customer experience goals.

• Optimise our transport footprint, carrier networks, and DC operations through data-driven decision-making and scenario modelling.

• Champion system and process improvements across WMS, TMS, demand planning and automation tools.

• Manage all logistics cost bases with a focus on freight spend, handling cost per case, and transport recovery rates.

• Lead supplier and 3PL partner performance, drive compliance, and negotiate high-performing carrier contracts.

• Embed a high-performance culture across a national team of leaders, warehouse managers, and logistics analysts.

About You

You are a seasoned commercially-minded, operationally-focused leader who has a proven track record of success in delivering outcomes for a business that has a consistent strategy for aggressive growth year on year. As a result, you thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment that will stretch and challenge you in terms of your ability to be agile as you evolve the business’ overall supply planning, logistics and transport plans. You naturally think strategically, act decisively, and lead through influence at all levels.

You bring:

• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field

• 10+ years’ experience in senior leadership role with a combined accountability for supply chain and logistics transport roles in large-scale retail and/or FMCG

• Proven success leading large teams and delivering major BAU continuous improvement and other strategic transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport strategy, cost optimisation, efficiencies and productivity

• Proven stake holder management cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and external partners

• A track record of driving operational excellence to meet strategic imperatives that are underpinned by data driven critical thinking and insights
