Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Manager to lead and drive the bench sales operations within our US IT staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, USC, TN, CPT/OPT) and managing a team of bench sales recruiters. This role demands strong vendor/client relationships, deep knowledge of the US staffing market, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Bench Sales team to ensure maximum placement of bench candidates.
  • Proactively market consultants on bench (H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, US Citizens, TN, CPT/OPT, etc.) to clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Build strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for bench candidates to increase placement ratios.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team to track candidate status and availability.
  • Negotiate rates and close deals with clients/vendors while ensuring high margins.
  • Monitor job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide weekly reports on bench sales activity, placements, and pipeline.
  • Stay updated on immigration policies and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep understanding of US staffing processes, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorization types.
  • Strong vendor and client network across the US.
  • Hands-on experience using job portals, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong team management and mentoring abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing H1B transfer processes and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with trending IT technologies and market demand.
  • Exposure to both services and product-based clients.
