- Experience in Automotive sales
- A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to build rapport
- An ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- An ability to solve problems, prioritize work tasks, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
- A willingness to learn and develop
