We're on the hunt for a Corporate Hospitality Account Manager who’s commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed. You'll be responsible for managing corporate hospitality accounts, ensuring exceptional raceday experiences, and driving long-term client satisfaction.

About the Role

As the Corporate Hospitality Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of private and syndicated clients, delivering premium raceday experiences at the VRC. You'll build strong client relationships, coordinate event logistics, and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard. This role suits a proactive professional with experience in account management or events who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate hospitality clients, focusing on retention and upselling opportunities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of raceday experiences, including ticketing, signage, catering, and staffing
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are captured, communicated, and delivered to the highest standard
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth event execution
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements using CRM systems
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing, and post-event evaluations
  • Represent the VRC at events and activations to build strong client relationships

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experience in account management, event coordination, or hospitality (ideally in a premium or sporting environment)
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A proactive team player who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic about being part of a dynamic commercial team
