Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Graduate Architect role located in Perth, Western Australia. The Graduate Architect will have 1 to 5 years experience and be responsible for architectural design, integration and project management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Degree: Master of Architecture
• Proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, SketchUp
• Basic understanding of design principles, design development, and documentation processes.
• Ability to intelligently apply and build upon previous architectural experience.
• Strong letter and report writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Thorough attention to detail in quality control, ensuring all work meets rigorous standards.
• Systematic approach to design development, documentation, dimensioning, referencing, and detailing of comprehensive architectural packages.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental considerations in architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Display an energetic and committed attitude to each project and Rothelowman.
• The ability to work individually and within a team.
