ALG is recruiting for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - All Trades for one of the largest Aerospace MRO companies in Melbourne, Australia.

The AMEs will be responsible for component maintenance and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing Component Maintenance and rectification as per manufacturers’ and company specification
• Plan and organize their aviation maintenance work activities.
• Apply quality standards applicable to aviation maintenance processes.
• Interpret and use aviation maintenance technical data including manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensuring all standard trade practices and aviation maintenance fundamental activities that are applicable during the assigned work, including ancillary tasks are completed.
• Accurate completion of technical documentation.
• Undertaking other duties as required (within the individual's training and experience, competency and within classification level).
• Conduct self-appreciation to the aviation maintenance environment and upholding company Standards of Business and Professional Conduct.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Aircraft Maintenance (Mechanical, Structures or Avionics) trade experience
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• A positive attitude to and application of Human Factors principles
• Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with co-workers, maintaining productive working relationships to meet business objectives
• High Professional Standards i.e. Attention to Detail, Motivation, appropriate Workplace behavior's
