Expression of Interest Positions

About the role:

We’re working with several leading asset managers and superannuation funds gearing up for major change across their investment platforms - and that includes expanding their Application Support teams to manage and optimise BlackRock Aladdin environments.

We’re interested in hearing from candidates with:

Experience providing Level 1 - 3 application support for BlackRock Aladdin
Exposure to investment operations, trading or funds management environments
Strong stakeholder engagement across front, middle and back office
Hands-on troubleshooting, incident response and root cause analysis
Order Management System (OMS)
Performance and Risk Analytics
Data Warehouse / EDM
API, file-based or real-time integration troubleshooting
Aladdin Workspace and Dashboards

Skill Set:

Solid experience with SQL (for querying, investigating data issues)
Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and job scheduling tools (e.g. Autosys)
Familiarity with SFTP, API logs or ETL workflows
Monitoring tools (Geneos, Splunk, AppDynamics or similar)
Understanding of incident, problem and change management processes (e.g. ITIL)
