Planning and Projects Coordinator - Alternative Housing

Our team works across Victoria, NSW, South Australia, and Queensland. Due to projected increase in build volumes, we are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Planning and Projects Coordinator based in our Parkside Office in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing input to tenders, proposals, and routine reporting
- Driving planning outcomes
- Securing permits and managing town planning and building permit applications through to certificate of occupancy/handover, ensuring forecast of permits and ACC’s is achieved in line with Everyone Homes project management methodology
- Pre-site customer communication
- Contracts administration and early works management
- Pre-site claims and financial management
- Pre-site customer communication and reporting

The successful candidate will have:
- Substantial experience (5+ years) in the building industry, particularly in a volume builder or residential project environment, including planning and permits
- A thorough understanding of building regulations, contracts, and administration procedures
- High-level organizational and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
- A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
