We’re opening our next boutique in Warringah Mall, in August 2025 and we’re looking for passionate, and driven individuals to bring the Flo & Frankie experience to life in Sydney.

Known for thoughtful edits in fashion, lifestyle, and gifting, Flo & Frankie is more than a store — it’s a community built on purpose, design, and heart.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

STORE MANAGER

Lead the way for Flo & Frankie’s Sydney boutique — setting the standard for the store’s culture and ensuring the Flo & Frankie experience comes to life for every customer. You’ll drive the team to deliver on our brand’s promise every day, inspiring and empowering your people while fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment. You’ll bring a high level of creativity, care, and operational excellence to everything you do.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

You’ll be the Store Manager’s trusted partner — a natural leader who knows how to energize a team, take initiative, and keep things running smoothly. Whether it’s supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, or elevating the customer experience, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving the store’s success.

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for strong leaders with a people-first mindset and a love for meaningful retail.

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
• Passionate about providing warm, personalized service and building genuine customer connections.
• A people person and team player — you love to lead, motivate and bring energy to those around you.
• Sales-focused with a sharp eye for detail and high operational standards.
• Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interested in fashion, sustainability, and purposeful retail.
