We are seeking aCampaigns Coordinator to join our Melbourne team on a 4 Month Contract.
We are lookingfor an enthusiast of moustaches and marketing to help support and drive key initiatives for the Movember campaign. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and will support the marketing team to we deliver the biggest and hairiest Movember yet.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support the delivery of our end-to-end marketing campaigns including the Real Face of Men’s Health, and the Movember campaign, as BAU marketing activity.
- Day-to-day execution of campaign paid media plans including project coordination & stakeholder management, management of asset matrix and production schedule, and coordination of media partner briefs and content submissions.
- Work with the APAC marketing team, particularly the Marketing Campaigns Manager, to ensure the delivery of marketing, activations, and PR in line with the annual marketing plan and Movember campaign calendar.
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing plans through excellent channel briefing, coordination of marketing activity, and bringing community stories to life and ensuring amplification across our own channels - working closely with the Marketing Manager, PR Manager, Social Media Manager, and Content Manager; as well as our APAC fundraising team.
- Drafting and sharing internal and external communications and toolkits to support marketing campaign launches and ensure remarkable campaign experiences for our community.
- Provide general PR support across areas including media opportunities, comms, talent, and project coordination.
- Day-to-Day management of the campaign marketing calendar to ensure it’s kept up to date.
- Support in bringing to life the Mo’s Around Town project and other campaign activations.
- Coordination of commercial and impact partnership campaign marketing opportunities, working closely with the APAC Marketing and Partnerships teams.
For this role, you’ll need:
- A strong understanding of different types of content: digital touchpoints primary, but also the wider ecosystem.
- More than two years’ experience working in a busy agency or brand environment.
- Have experience delivering paid media campaigns, including digital paid media and asset management.
- To be a creative thinker who understands how to create integrated campaigns and can think about the broader journey of where a piece of content sits.
- Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills.
- Be a self-starter, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
- Be able to deliver tasks on time and on brief.
- To think outcomes and objectives first.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
