About The Role

Action Workforce is currently recruiting motivated Order Pickers to work at a leading supermarket distribution centre located in Truganina.

You will be operating a Tugger and using Voice Picking technology to accurately pick orders in a fast-paced, team environment.

Duties Include

• Operating a Tugger safely and efficiently
• Voice picking and order preparation
• Manual handling of stock (lifting 15–20kg)
• General warehouse duties
• Meeting performance and safety KPIs
  
  

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Own reliable transport (site not accessible by public transport)
• Tugger and/or Voice Picking experience (desirable) — training provided for the right candidates
• Flexibility to work between 5:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (shift start times vary)
• Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
