About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Madurai. This role calls for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in desktop support, Office 365, networking, and especially Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud Platform is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Support Windows desktop environments and end-user computing devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Maintain and monitor network systems, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and support hybrid cloud environments, including backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, and operational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable, secure IT solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
• Strong desktop support and Office 365 administration skills.
• Solid grounding in networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Network+, or similar.
