Role Overview
Arknine Technologies is currently geared for expansion. In the textile industry, yarn sales are critical for business growth. The Senior Yarn Marketing Executive Responsible for managing key accounts, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of yarn products. The candidate will focus on expanding the client base and achieving revenue targets . This role requires a deep understanding of the Yarn Industry, particularly in the trade of
Products : Texturised (DTY, FDY, POY, ACY) & also Spun (Poly, Viscose, Cotton) + Blended Fancy Yarns.
Role Accountabilities:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
- Develop a growth strategy for Yarn Marketing focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads and communicate new Yarn product developments to prospective clients.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with clients
- Providing management with feedback.
- Have a good technical understanding of the yarn products and be able to advise others about them.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department to increase sales
- Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.
- Determine key business development KPIs.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person towards closure and growing accounts.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel.
- Contribute to the reputation of the organization by entering and achieving professional awards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in YARN MARKETING, preferably in DTY & Blended Spun Yarns
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the textile industry, particularly in the trade of yarns, fabrics, and garments.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
