1. Assistant Professor – Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Location: MNR University Campus
Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Academic Position
School: Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Assistant Professor - 2 No.s (Qualification MPT in Neurology)
Reporting To: Dean – School of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in relevant MPT preferably with first class.
- Ph.D. desirable or required as per UGC & NCAHP Regulatory Council.
- Must meet eligibility as per the norms of UGC & NCAHP Allied Health Regulatory Commission.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of teaching and clinical experience (post-qualification), preferably in a university associated with hospital.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, practical’s, and Clinical Training as per the academic curriculum.
- Develop course material and continuously update academic content to reflect current knowledge.
- Guide students in academic and research activities including projects and seminars.
- Conduct internal assessments, maintain academic records, and assist in student evaluation.
- Participate in curriculum development, School activities, and university events.
- Engage in clinical teaching and supervision (if applicable to medical/clinical programs).
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Undertake minor research projects or participate in ongoing departmental research.

2. Associate Professor – Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Job Type: Full-Time | Mid-Level Academic Position
School: Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Associate Professor - 2 No.s (Qualification PhD in Physiotherapy)
Reporting To: Dean – School of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in relevant MPT preferably with first class and
- Ph.D. desirable or required as per UGC & NCAHP Regulatory Council.
- Must meet eligibility as per the norms of UGC & NCAHP Allied Health Regulatory Commission.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching and clinical experience.
- Preferably enrolled in or completed PhD in Physiotherapy.
- Strong academic record with published research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated leadership in academic and/or clinical settings.
Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses with academic leadership.
- Supervise research projects and student dissertations.
- Lead curriculum planning, innovation, and implementation.
- Develop industry and hospital collaborations for clinical training.
- Guide junior faculty and contribute to faculty mentoring.
- Publish scholarly articles and lead departmental research initiatives.
- Assist in accreditation, academic audits, and administrative responsibilities.
3. Professor – Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Location: MNR University Campus
Job Type: Full-Time | Senior Academic Position
Reports To: Dean – School of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Qualifications & Experience:
- MPT with a PhD in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 12+ years of teaching/research/clinical experience, including as Associate Professor.
- Recognized contributions to research and publications in indexed journals.
- Proven administrative and academic leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and strategic leadership in physiotherapy education and research.
- Design and update the academic curriculum in line with industry and regulatory standards.
- Guide doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate research.
- Foster institutional collaborations, MOUs, and community outreach programs.
- Lead faculty development, resource mobilization, and accreditation processes.
- Drive innovation in teaching-learning practices and evidence-based clinical training.
