This role involves leading a team of associates to ensure efficient delivery operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and developing a team of Amazon associatesMaintaining Health and Safety standards and promoting a safety cultureCollaborating with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to meet business goalsIdentifying and leading process improvements using Lean toolsPerforming physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and reaching with varying weightsA Day in the LifeYou will be an inspiring leader, working to improve delivery process efficiency, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective customer order deliveries.
