What makes this company unique?
This is a unique opportunity to join an established, yet rapidly growing organisation led by a hands-on, passionate CEO who remains actively engaged with customers. This is a workplace that genuinely values its people, offering exceptional flexibility with three work-from-home days and an anchor day in the office to maintain meaningful touchpoints and foster team camaraderie.
The CEO is deeply committed to the well-being of the team, actively discouraging weekend work and ensuring that, no matter how demanding their own workload, those expectations are never passed onto others. You’ll be joining a team united by their collaborative and curious nature. Together, they are constantly striving to learn, improve, and achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients. Mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth, fostering a culture of resilience and innovation.
When in the office, you’ll enjoy working in beautifully renovated, luxury spaces conveniently located near transport links. The office is thoughtfully designed with premium amenities to ensure your comfort and productivity. If you’re looking to join a people-first organisation that balances ambition with care, this is the role for you!
What is unique about you?
You’re an EA who thrives in an agency or sales environment and understands the complexities of working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. While some roles might feel busy, supporting a CEO with tight client deadlines—especially when your largest customer is a global leader in the tech space—takes "busy" to a whole new level. With hundreds of emails flooding in daily, you’ll quickly master the art of identifying key players and prioritising tasks with precision.
In a role that spans global offices, your CEO starts early, finishes late, and needs someone who can partner with them to establish a smoother operating rhythm. This includes carving out time for them to strategise, plan, and perhaps even enjoy the rare luxury of a lunch break! Supporting such a demanding work life also means occasionally taking charge of personal tasks, like managing a weekly online shop or sourcing thoughtful gifts. You see these responsibilities as an extension of your role and take pride in handling them seamlessly.
This opportunity offers flexibility and remote working as the norm, so you’ll be comfortable joining an organisation with a dynamic working style. Ideally, you’ve successfully onboarded remotely in the past and are confident navigating this environment. Your ability to deeply understand your executive’s priorities is paramount. You’ll actively engage in their meetings, find value in participating in weekly WIPs, and serve as the CEO’s eyes and ears—providing critical updates and guiding progress to keep everything on track.
A snapshot of your role….
- Oversee all aspects of the CEO’s professional and personal scheduling, ensuring priorities are aligned. Manage correspondence by categorising emails, responding promptly, and handling actionable items, while organising travel plans with detailed itineraries and expense tracking for seamless execution.
- Manage board communications and internal meetings by preparing agendas, compiling documents, recording minutes, and tracking follow-ups. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members, to ensure timely and clear communication.
- Prepare high-quality reports, sales presentations, and documents for both internal and external audiences. Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and impactful materials that align with the organisation's goals.
- Translate the CEO’s strategic vision into actionable initiatives by driving internal projects to completion. Identify opportunities to optimise processes, implement efficiencies, and deliver measurable improvements across the organisation.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person team events globally to strengthen engagement and collaboration. Support HR in driving culture-building initiatives and oversee office operations, including vendor relationships, supplies, and office-related logistics, ensuring a productive and vibrant workplace.
