About the Role
The Agency Solutions (Acquisition & Incubation) is responsible for acquiring and cultivating broadcasters in a scalable way to drive broadcaster base and revenue growth in the local ANZ market. He/she will be a self-starter and adaptable to frequent change. He/she will be a natural problem solver and ready to think creatively about big challenges and present actionable solutions. He/she will also be naturally collaborative with a proven track record of working successfully across teams.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the recruitment, support and management of agencies. Design agencies' empowerment growth program to scale up agencies’ revenue potential with a focus on agency professionalization.
2. Monitor performance metrics and identify actionable insights through agency segmentation, activeness, retention, and churn analysis to help grow our broadcaster base.
3. Create and carry out in-app and out-of-app campaigns and initiatives designed for the recruitment and development of new and established broadcasters and agencies.
4. Build live showcases with successful agencies and facilitate industry knowledge transfer from top agencies to emerging agencies, and build up cohesiveness in the local community.
5. Partner with Data, Content and Event teams to understand problems, use insights and practical know-how to educate local agencies on how to scale.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Have strong business negotiation and resource integration capabilities, Internet operation related experience, and business resources or MCN related experience is preferred.
• This role demands excellent project management skills and the ability to plan and execute projects of varying timelines and scope with minimal guidance.
• Able to learn on the fly and is comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Self-starter and demonstrates ownership - able to work independently and possesses strong organisational and time management skills.
• Result-oriented and data-driven operation.
