What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing 100+ short-form ads weekly across multiple DTC brands
- Working with UGC & AI-generated footage to build scroll-stopping, conversion-driven creatives
- Executing fast-turnaround edits for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborating with a performance-focused creative team to test, optimize, and scale winners fast

- Proactive thinker — someone who brings ideas, not just edits
- Skilled with tools like CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Descript, Runway, or similar
