You will utilize knowledge of the parts, the bus and internal resources to help identify parts needed and to inform the customer. You manage customer accounts within an assigned territory working with the Regional Sales Managers. You will exhibit technical knowledge of the customers' buses. You will report to the Supervisor, Parts Sales. You will develop good working relationships with customers by:Responding to customer communications in a timely manner - typically same dayResearching correct parts with customers & factoryResolving customer complaints and return requests professionally and in a timely matterFollowing orders through processing to ensure timely shipmentUpdating customers regarding status of products ordered and backorderedSell parts to meet or exceed established goalManage, price and respond to customer bid requestsAnalyze sales mix to Identify opportunities in order increase sales with assigned customersEstablish and maintain appropriate files and records for customer purchase orders and contractsOther duties, as assignedBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent years of experienceMinimum 3 years of sales experience, and/or vehicle parts experienceMust have strong computer skills (Proficient in Excel, creating worksheets, manipulating data & using formulas)Sales experience; experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development and time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWORK ENVIRONMENTAbility to lift 25 lbs.Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computerRegularly required to sit, stand, and walk and occasionally kneel or squatThe ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable Travel requiredStandard start time: 6AM-7AM (negotiable)Must be able to navigate manufacturing environment, comfortable around heavy machinery, tools, etc.Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, (i.e., safety glasses, bump caps, hearing protection, etc.)EXPECTED COMPENSATION$75,000 - $275,000/annual salary + bonus + premium benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job classification, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
