Join our dynamic Strategy, Governance & Partnerships team at RAC Insurance as a Supplier Assurance Specialist. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our materially outsourced services and activities align with RAC’s strategy and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting governance oversight, supporting contract owners, and driving a strong governance culture across the organisation.
This role is offered on a Full Time 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assurance that outsourced services comply with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Monitor and review key outsourced contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate periodic performance reviews of service agreements.
- Support the review and development of key contractual documents, including MSAs, SLAs, and RACI matrices.
- Maintain and review contingency plans for outsourced arrangements.
- Promote awareness of outsourcing policies, regulatory obligations, and prudential standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance governance practices and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven expertise in contract management and service provision assurance.
- Strong vendor management and SLA negotiation experience.
- An understanding of APRA standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity.
- IT Governance and audit background are advantageous.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is a plus.
