You will be the first point of contact for Signet, resolving customer queries through various channels, processing and optimizing orders, and building product and systems knowledge. You'll also have opportunities for project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, L&D, and supply chain.The successful applicant will have:A recent undergraduate degree (or about to graduate)Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitalityA current Australian driver’s license and own vehicleStrong time management and problem-solving abilitiesMotivation to work independentlyPositive attitude and strong work ethicIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbout SIGNET: Signet is a leading packaging company committed to delivering exceptional products and services.
