We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our multidisciplinary creative team. If you thrive on visual storytelling, love collaborating with talented people, and want to work on bold, global projects that make a real impact—read on.

We’re Kreatives, a creative studio based in Munich. We’re a team of designers, strategists, and storytellers who believe creativity isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about doing good.

• Lead and contribute to motion design projects from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and storytellers to bring ideas to life
• Scale creative ideas visually and emotionally through animation and design
• Translate complex ideas into compelling, human-centered narratives
• Push boundaries and elevate visual quality across all outputs

• Lives and breathes motion and design
• Has experience leading projects but is never afraid to ask for support
• Brings leadership and self-direction—both solo and in a team
• Communicates clearly and conceptually, with a strong design POV
• Is ambitious, curious, and energized by cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Has an eye for detail, but designs with purpose—not just for pretty’s sake
• Is comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere). Bonus points for Adobe Animate, Procreate, and ToonBoom.
• Enjoys a fun, creative environment (and likes dogs ?)
