This role involves managing all non-clinical aspects of patient care, personalizing support, and guiding patients through their fertility journey.Your Duties Will IncludeProviding exceptional customer serviceOnboarding new patients: booking appointments, explaining treatment timelines, ensuring a seamless first experienceServing as the main contact for patients, coordinating with departments to provide necessary informationFollowing up to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster loyaltyConducting financial consultations to clarify treatment costsReferring clinical queries to appropriate departmentsMaintaining patient records in our electronic systemsQualificationsThis role suits a customer service and administration all-rounder who enjoys teamwork and helping others. Flexibility, proactivity, organization, and strong PC skills are essential.
