Temp Legal Assistant | Sydney and Melbourne Opportunities

Are you an experienced Legal Assistant ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment? We are currently partnering with top-tier national and international law firms seeking skilled Legal Assistants for a range of temporary contracts (4 weeks to 6 months) across Sydney and Melbourne. What We're Looking For: We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in legal support roles, ideally working up to Partner level. You will be confident, proactive, and adaptable, with strong skills across: Matter and document management Legal billing and expense coordination Diary and travel management Preparation of legal documents, reports, and presentations Assistance with practice and firm projects Key Requirements: Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:15 pm (on-site only) Full working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid temporary visa covering the assignment duration) Ability to quickly integrate into new teams and workflows Proficiency with legal systems such as FileSite, Affinity, Aderant, Elite, and InTapp is highly regarded.
