They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.About The RoleAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital strategy across the paid media channels for the vertical in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager. You’re able to understand how these channels can work in unison to help MYOB achieve its ambitious goals online, whilst also being able to hone into the details of each of these areas individually and effectively optimize them in line with the latest trends.Our ideal candidate will go beyond just week-to-week tactical implementations on these channels and is responsible for driving forward a holistic, expansive digital strategy for MYOB that results in more conversions.Beyond the Digital Marketing team, educating others about digital and socializing insights and results in a proactive manner will be a vital component to success as MYOB’s Digital Marketing Specialist.About YouProven experience of capturing demand in an online environment.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.Strong and active campaign management to optimize media spend and campaign performance to drive growth trends (traffic and sign-ups) whilst minimizing media spend wastage.Continuous review of landing page and on-site performance to optimize conversion rates to Trial and Sale with a structured ‘test & learn’ optimization plan.Thorough knowledge of search ranking factors, key algorithm updates, and new paid search features.Relevant experience with campaign management toolsets (Google Ads and/or Google Marketing Platform) and web analytics (Google Analytics / GA6).Experience creating & increasing demand in a B2B environment, developing outcome-driven acquisition strategies and operational plans to achieve revenue targets.Planning and managing projects in a cross-functional environment.Strong analytical and modeling skills to evaluate campaign performance and develop business cases to support new opportunities.Excellent knowledge and experience working with cross-channel lifecycle management, in particular, focusing on customer engagement and conversion.Proven experience in influencing others without direct reporting lines, and getting them to take action to help improve these channels.Our Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
