Our client in Toronto is actively looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.
Title: Accounts Payable specialist(remote)
Location: Remote
Length of Assignment: 3 year contract
Hourly: $23 - $25
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing invoices
- Month end closing – finalizing financial activity for the month
- Expense Analysis – identify areas for cost reduction
- Reconciliation
- Month end preparation
- Journal entry preparation
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Post-secondary education in finance or accounting or equivalent experience with at least 2-4 year of Accounts Payable experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Concor expense management (asset)
