About The Role
As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks daily, including delivering products to our essential service customers, picking & packing orders, and providing exceptional service at the trade counter. No two days are the same!
Your day to day
- Handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes
- Undertaking pick packing, warehousing, and stock control activities
- Stock replenishment and stocktake cycle counters
- Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
About You
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient computer and system skills
- A team player with exceptional safety awareness
- Clean full driver’s license and forklift license (ideal, but not essential)
